Where do I find my tickets after payment?
Your tickets open on the site right after payment. They are also sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
Not in your inbox? Check your spam folder. You can have the tickets sent again on the “Didn't get the email” page.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. At the entrance, show the ticket's QR code on your phone screen.
How can I pay?
Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Depending on the card, Viva.com may add up to 4.5%. Apple Pay and Google Pay have no surcharge.
Can I return a ticket?
If a concert is cancelled, the money is refunded. If a concert is rescheduled, you can return the ticket within 14 days of the email about the new date.
The full order amount is refunded. Write to tikhonovconcert.europe@gmail.com with your order number and the email address you entered at checkout.
I bought my ticket on another site. Who do I contact?
